Charlotte has enjoyed her 37 years in managing the projects personally.  This helps prevent loss of time and keeps the clients informed of decisions to be selected, keeping positive and enthusiastic on every project.  Her goal for each owner is to arrive and experience the greatest “Homecoming” experience ever!

Distinguished Accomplishments

  • The Athens Boards of Realtors First Revitalization Award in 1991.

  • Constructed and coordinated for Chateau Elan in Braselton, GA  the “Country Cottage” and was published by Atlanta Magazine in the fall of 1993.  The resort’s first completed residential home was on tour for 3 months.

  • Selected in Southern Living Builders Program in 2004. She co-built “The Brookfield Home”, for the Southern Living Idea Home.   This kickoff first home built at the Georgia Club which was on tour.
